The Organizing Director is a senior leader responsible for building JMA’s organizing program across regions as we advance an agenda for good jobs and climate justice.
The organizer will be responsible for building and sustaining an active and engaged community, labor, and environmental coalition to win community benefits agreements that ensure worker and community needs are prioritized in the development of publicly funded projects.
