This factsheet outlines Jobs to Move America’s work at the national level, including our campaign to lift the ban on local hire, our advocacy for school bus electrification, and our advocacy for our signature policy tool, the U.S. Employment Plan, and other policies that create good jobs and lift labor standards for workers across the country. We do this work by helping agencies and policymakers combine public investments in our infrastructure with the creation of worker-friendly, family-supporting jobs, and by partnering with JMA’s regional teams — and at the national level, with transportation, labor, civil rights, environmental, and policy allies.
