Our Staff

Mo-Yain Tham has a background in community organizing with Association of Community Organization for Reform Now and Texas Campaign for the Environment around legislation on electronic waste recycling. With the Department of Justice, she worked in the Office of Information and Policy, the lead agency on FOIA. She earned her BA in English at University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Comparative Politics from American University’s School of Public Affairs.
