Kris joined Jobs to Move America in September 2023 as Director of Development. He has worked in a variety of nonprofit sectors including healthcare, education, social services, economic development and community engagement. Most recently, Kris served as the Director of Development for Compass Working Capital.
Kris is a CFRE-Certified Fundraising Executive and holds a certificate in both fundraising and nonprofit management from The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University. In addition, Kris is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. Kris is also a member of the Philadelphia Sunday Breakfast Club, Social Venture Partners Philadelphia and a graduate of the 2021-2022 Leadership Philadelphia Core cohort.
Kris is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Morehouse College in 2008 with a B.A. in Psychology. He graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011. In his free time he enjoys running, yoga, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his husband and son.
