On Jan 16., Neighbors for a Better Micron and Jobs to Move America filed an initial lawsuit in an attempt to force the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency to issue a more extensive report on Micron’s potential environmental impact, including greenhouse gas emissions and “forever chemicals.”
