Hastin Crosby is the Office Manager/Coordinator for Jobs to Move America, where he oversees the operations of the Southern Team Office, supports staff to ensure their work needs are met, and manages vendor relationships. In June 2024, Hastin graduated from the Josef Kobel School of International Studies at the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in International Human Rights focusing on Conflict Resolution. During their degree Hastin worked for the Center for Conflict Engagement and Resolution (CERI), the Center for Immigration Policy and Research (CIPR), and was a research assistant to Dr. Rebecca Galemba on her Immigration CourtWatch project at the University of Denver. These instilled a deep commitment to social and economic justice within Hastin and led to his Organizing Fellowship with JMA in late 2024. Hastin felt further empowered by this experience and is excited to continue their work at JMA. Hastin is based in Birmingham, Alabama and enjoys reading and attempting to write, doting on their beloved cat, and cooking for their partner.
