Growing up in New England as a first-generation, Asian-American child in an immigrant family, Rob realized the importance of breaking down barriers in environments that lacked diversity.
With over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations and business development across a wide-range of industries and organizations including Fortune-100 companies P&G and Disney, tech startups, and non-profit, he looks to help elevate core principles and promote diversity wherever he goes. A strong believer in collaboration, consistent communications, transparency, and rewarding relationships, Rob has developed global programs and events that have bridged fruitful partnerships and participation.

At home in the City of Angels, Rob enjoys challenges such as cooking, hiking, and avoiding injury while playing pickup basketball.
