Jena Brown leads the development and implementation of fundraising strategy at Jobs to Move America to ensure long-term organizational sustainability. 

Prior to joining JMA, Jena spent seven years at The Posse Foundation, a youth leadership development organization that identifies, trains and empowers the next generation of leaders. She also served as Director of Development at Concern Foundation, and most recently, at The ALS Association, led the planning, execution and revenue growth of distinguished events for the national Association’s largest chapter. 

A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Jena lives in Los Angeles and enjoys exploring the city’s exciting food culture, traveling, and spoiling her two cats.
