Felice Segura is the National Legal Director at Jobs to Move America (JMA). Felice has over ten years of experience in labor organizing, worker rights, and environmental law. Prior to joining JMA, Felice managed the Freelance Isn’t Free Law and Intake and Referral Programs at the Office of Labor Policy and Standards in the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Both programs empowered workers to advocate for their workplace rights within the legal system. Before that, Felice spent seven years as a research attorney with the Laborers’ Eastern Region Organizing Fund, where she focused on public and private procurement reform for construction workers in New York City, New Jersey, and Delaware. Felice began her legal career with the Environmental Group of Venable LLP in Washington, D.C.
Felice is a graduate of Fordham Law School and the Johns Hopkins University. She lives in Brooklyn with her wife, daughter, and two dogs.
