Alicia is currently serving as the Temporary Workforce Equity Case Manager for JMA’s Southern Program.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Management from Alabama A&M University.
She has worked for the State of Alabama in the Department of Human Resources as a Child Support Case Manager for the past 10 years. Although this is a temporary assignment, she looks forwards to serving the community in which she resided in for the last 18 years, helping to bring awareness and growth to those who are underserved within marginalized and vulnerable populations.
She is excited about the opportunity that JMA has offered her to assist in providing support and resources within her community as well as the opportunity to build strong relationships within the communities that align with JMA’s mission and beliefs.
